Linda Wells Carlton is the founder and CEO of In Home Hair Care. Linda is a native of Youngstown Ohio where she earned her cosmetology license at the age of 22. Linda opened her first brick and mortar salon shortly after cosmetology school and has been a salon owner /entrepreneur since that time. In 2008 after relocating to Charlotte NC, Linda received inspiration and vision to launch In Home Hair Care, a mobile salon service that would offer salon services to the homebound and physically challenged. IHHC is a pioneer model and among the first of its kind to offer such a viable service. Linda along with the IHHC team has serviced the Charlotte community for almost 2 decades. The business model is offering breakthrough mobile salon service for those who are homebound and physically challenged. Linda recognized the need for such a viable service and is making a difference in her community.
